If you come here by bus you will almost certainly arrive at Florenc. However please check this in advance with your bus company so that we can give you different directions if necessary. You need one ticket for the whole journey which costs 26Kc. If you have luggage bigger than 25cm x 45cm x 70cm you have to buy a separate 13 Kc ticket for each piece.
If you are delayed for any reason please let us know as soon as you arrive in Prague. There are plenty of call boxes which take coins at the airport. If you have a GSM phone please bring that and give us your number so we can contact you if necessary. Our numbers are:

The metro station is about 50m from the bus station and clearly marked. Please take the yellow (B) line two stops in the direction of Zlicin. Get off at Narodni Trida. When you get to the street level you will see a tram stop out in the street to your left. Take a tram number 22 going towards your right. Get off at Malostranske Namesti. Please note that the tram stops are announced in advance so it is difficult to make a mistake. Malostranske Namesti is the third stop after you cross the river.
When you get out of the tram you will be next to a car-park. Walk across the car-park and go up the hill a short way and you will be in Nerudova. Go to number 7 (on the left) and press the doorbell marked "The Castle Steps". Very occasionally, if you arrive in the evening, it is possible that we might be temporarily out of the office. You can call us for free from the phone box up the road (800-CASTLE). Alternatively, just wait a few moments and somebody will come.
