If you like we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport: this costs 600Kc (approximately £20/$30/€24) for up to four people. Somebody will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it, and they will stay there even if your flight is delayed. Just let us know on the booking form and we will make all the arrangements.
However it isn't difficult to get into town using public transport.

If you are delayed for any reason please let us know as soon as you arrive in Prague. There are plenty of call boxes which take coins at the airport. If you have a GSM phone please bring that and give us your number so we can contact you if necessary. Our numbers are:

After you have called please buy a 26Kc ticket from the booth just by the exit. This will take you all the way to The Castle Steps. Please don't forget to validate your ticket in one of the yellow machines as soon as you get in. If you have luggage bigger than 25cm x 45cm x 70cm you have to buy a separate 13 Kc ticket for each piece.
When you walk out of the main exit of the airport you will see a road in front of you. The airport bus stops here. Take bus number 119 to Dejvicka (the end-stop).
When the bus stops walk in the direction it was going in for about 20m and you will see the entrance to the metro. Take any train two stops to Malostranska. When you get up to the street you will see some trams stops in front of you. Take tram 22, 20 or 12 one stop to Malastranske Namesti (this is in the direction going to your right).
When you get out of the tram you will be next to a carpark. Walk up across the car-park and follow the road which leads up the hill. This turns into Nerudova. Go to number 7 (on the left) and press the doorbell marked "The Castle Steps". Very occasionally, if you arrive in the evening, it is possible that we might be temporarily out of the office. You can call us for free from the phone box up the road (800-CASTLE). Alternatively, just wait a few moments and somebody will come.
